The Regional IT Manager is accountable for the delivery of services for the company's application portfolio, end user computing (EUC) and infrastructure in South and North America. The role will require working closely with other IT Managers and vendors to deliver service as part of the strategic global operating model. Support major incident process assigning members to the technical resolution team. Manage all 3rd party suppliers to ensure service quality. Manage risks and issues effectively with timely escalation. Help shape the global IT strategy in line with the growth strategy.

Profile

We are looking for IT professionals with demonstrated management and leadership skills. An IT related degree will be a must, being the strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies specially considered. The candidates will be able to identify, prioritize, and solve complex problems related to critical applications, infrastructure and security, maintaining an excellent service level to end users. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English will be necessary. The position requires willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, geographically dispersed and dynamic environment, combining local and remote resources.
