The selected candidate will be responsible to write and update the online documentation of the different tools available to clients. As a Technical Writer you will prepare the user documentation of the new features and documentation related to the releases for the platform. This role implies developing the documentation structure, driving the creation of a documentation methodology and framework for purposes of consistency and efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce and maintain user documentation including user guides, online help, tutorials, internal reference documentation and best practice documents for existing and newly developed products and tools.
Produce feature descriptions, customer use cases and release notes.
Independently gather information about the features and functions of the platform and other tools by participating in various requirement definition, design and planning meetings.
Responsible for creation and design of documentation standards and templates for LiVECLiCKER products.
Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Use technical writing tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, e-learning authoring tools to create high-quality documents, digital format, templates and documentation structure.

Skills and qualifications:
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Excellent written skills in English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working experience preferred in technical writing of software documentation or other products.
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
University or Technical degree in English, Communication, IT or equivalent experience will be considered an asset.
